Well, he is an honest guy in the business and also has experience, he is diligent and always on time for appointments. I never saw him reschedule appointments. The toughest point was the ability to negotiate which I understand could be very tough at times. The seller wants to benefit and the buyer wants a discount for defects and outdated appliances, repairs etc. One can loose an opportunity just like that.
